You can collect Asiana Club Miles by boarding flights of Star Alliance partners and other partners. Miles are earned according to the airline of boarding and the reserved class of e-ticket, and miles earned through Star Alliance airlines are included to upgrade the membership level of Asiana Club.
Star Alliance Accrual Chart
- To earn Asiana Club mileage when boarding Star Alliance member airlines, please state your Asiana Club membership number during reservation and purchase of the flight ticket or during the boarding process.
- Mileage will be added to your account about eight days after your boarding date. However, please keep your original boarding pass or flight ticket (original or copy, itinerary if it is an e-ticket) until the mileage is added to your account, as mileage can be omitted sometimes. If you submit only one of the two required documents, mileage may not be earned.
- If there is missing mileage, you can earn it if you make a request within one year of the boarding date (within six months for Singapore Airlines, Etihad Airways). It may take about four weeks to earn missing mileage.
- If the Asiana Club member is registered with membership programs of other airlines, the airline with which mileage should be earned must be specified when making the reservation. If you earn Asiana Club miles for the relevant route, you will not be able to add miles to member accounts with other airlines. (Earned mileage cannot be transferred to another airline)

- Classes and flights for mileage earning and the rate of mileage earning may change without prior notice according to the circumstances of Star Alliance partners. When using classes or flights with no mileage earning condition, miles are not earned.
- When earning Asiana Club Miles, restrictions by section or region may be applied according to the request of the partner.
- Due to time zone differences and processing period of Star Alliance and mileage accumulation airline partners to apply missing miles in your record, please submit your request at least 2 weeks prior to the particular airline’s deadline based on the date of boarding.
- Asiana Airlines may exchange membership information with Star Alliance partners for the purpose of mileage management. Asiana Airlines has the sole discretion to delete or change miles earned in an inappropriate manner.
