Duo Seat
Duo Seat
- Duo Seats are two-person window-side seats located on the upper deck of the A380 aircraft, ideal for solo travelers or couples seeking a more private and comfortable experience than standard 3 or 4 seat rows.
- Duo Seats can be reserved individually.
- They may be assigned free of charge at check-in (available from 48 hours before departure), subject to availability. However, as the number of Duo Seats is limited, we recommend purchasing and reserving your seat in advance to secure availability.
- Receive up to a 5% discount when you pre-purchase through our website at least 48 hours prior to departure.

- Passengers with tickets issued by another airline are not eligible to purchase the seats in advance.

Additional Information
- Passengers on codeshare flights, with Cabin Baggage (CBBG) or Extra Seat (EXST) are not eligible to use Front Zone seats.
- A passenger accompanying an infant may be seated next to you.
- Duo Seats have the same space as standard seats.
- Purchase of paid seats may be restricted if there is a discrepancy in payment currency due to itinerary changes, reissue of airline tickets, or changes in the country where it’s processed.
Refund Rules
- The Duo seat you purchased is available for refund from the point of purchase up until no later than 48 hours before departure.
- No changes or refunds are available within 48 hours of departure.
Refunds are only available when the service is not offered due to airline circumstances such as flight cancellation or delay. - Even if it is more than 48 hours before departure, Paid Seats will not be automatically refunded in the event of a ticket cancellation or itinerary change. Refunds for Paid Seats must be requested separately from the flight ticket at least 48 hours before departure. To request a refund, please contact the original point of purchase.
- For flights to and from the U.S., refunds are available without exception in the event of a major change, such as a cancellation or a delay of 6 hours or more. (In compliance with U.S. DOT consumer policy)
