- Tickets issued through travel agencies, award/mileage tickets, and codeshare flights are not eligible for entry - Only tickets with flights operated by Asiana Airlines are eligible.
- Applications for customers under the age of 13 are restricted.
- Entries will be voided in the event of ticket cancellation.
- Extra Legroom seats are available only on A350 flights and may be difficult to allocate if you change your reservation, depending on seat availability.
- If you fall under the category of customers restricted from using Extra Legroom seats, your entry will be disqualified.
- All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
