In compliance with the corrective measures required by European Competition Authorities following the Asiana Airlines - Korean air merger flight schedules on certain European routes will be adjusted.

This adjustment is in compliance with the European Union (EU) competition authorities’ corrective measures following the Asiana Airlines - Korean air merger.

Your existing booking will be rescheduled to a revised flight. You will receive a notification with the updated flight schedule via your contact details (email or SMS) provided at the time of your booking.

If you need to adjust your itinerary due to the revised flight, you may change to another available date or an alternative flight.

If adjustments to the transfer schedule for a connecting flight with another airline are required, we will provide guidance on available alternative flight options.

If your flight is cancelled due to the schedule reduction, you are eligible for a full refund.

A

The resumption of reduced flights will be determined based on the overall flight schedule and route operations.
Please check our website or contact the reservation centre for the latest flight schedule.

Customers who pre-purchased seats will automatically be reassigned to a seat with the same conditions.
If the same seat type is unavailable, you will receive a notification via your contact details (email or SMS) provided during booking.

A

Any unavoidable additional costs incurred due to changes in planned travel itineraries can be compensated.

ⓘ Important Notes

  • Once the itinerary is changed and the ticket is reissued, an electronic ticket will be sent to the applicant's email.
  • All passengers under the same reservation number (PNR) will have their itineraries changed together.
    If an individual change is required, please specify the passenger’s name.
  • Refunds can only be processed through the original payment method.
    If the ticket was paid in cash, please provide the following details:
    Account Holder / Bank Name / Account Number (The account holder’s name must match the passenger's name for the refund to be processed.)
  • For partial refunds, please specify the details under the “Itinerary Change Request” section.
  • Full ticket refunds will be processed without any fees.
    However, all tickets under the same reservation number (PNR) will be refunded together.
  • Once the refund is processed, a refund receipt will be sent to the applicant’s email.
