■ Eligibility
- Passengers who purchased an eligible ticket on the Asiana Airlines UK official website/mobile app.
- Passengers travelling from London (LHR) to Japan, China, Southeast Asia, CIS and Australia with a connecting time within 24hrs at Incheon(ICN).
- Service is only available if no same-day connecting flight is available.
- Ineligible booking classes: I, R, V, W, T, L, G, X, N Class
- V class tickets are eligible for this service only for departures between Nov- Dec 2025 and Jan - Mar 2026 on the London-Japan/Australia routes.
- Mileage redemption tickets and certain discounted or complimentary tickets are excluded.
■ Service Details
- 1-night hotel stay with breakfast at Incheon *Breakfast served only the following morning, 6.30-9.30.
- Complimentary ground transportation between Incheon Airport and the hotel.
- Double occupancy for passengers on the same reservation; single occupancy for individual passengers
- Service can be used only once per round trip.
- Lunch, dinner, day-use service and city tours are not included.
■ How to Apply
- After purchasing an eligible ticket, send the following information to pricinguk@flyasiana.com :
- Full name / Booking reference / Email address registered in your reservation. - Eligible passengers will receive a confirmation email after verification.
- Applications must be submitted at least 5 days prior to departure.
Important Notes
- This event is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.
- If your itinerary is changed and a same-day connection becomes available, the service will not be provided.
- This service cannot be arranged if it has not been confirmed prior to departure.
- Once the itinerary is changed or cancelled, the confirmed service will also be voided.
- Hotel information and transportation details will be provided upon arrival at the Asiana Airlines arrival counter at Incheon Airport.
