Even healthy newborn babies have not yet reached full physical development, and are unable to regulate their body temperature and have immature lung functionalities. Hence, it is difficult for them to adjust to the cabin environment that differs from land. Therefore, it is best for newborn babies that are under 1 week old to not travel by air. If travel is absolutely required, medical clearance from airline must be received in advance.
※ Passengers with connecting flights with other airlines, or those who are taking codeshare flights, are not eligible for this service.
