Notes when selecting number of passengers
- You may select up to 9 people for the reservation including adults, children, and infants.
- Infants are under the age of 2 as of each departure date, without occupying seats.
Child fare will apply if over 24 months, and seats must be purchased. - For international flights, child fare will apply to children between 24 months and 12 years old as of the departure date of the first segment.
- As of 2017.09.01 (date of issue), child fare will apply if 24 months or older as of each departure date, and a seat must be purchased in advance.
- When accompanying an infant/child, make sure to have documents to confirm their age.
- Adult passenger may accompany one infant under 24 months.
- The guardian accompanying an infant/child must be the parent or over the age of 18 for international domestic flight.
- When an adult accompanies a child throughout the entire itinerary, a child ticket may be purchased separately.

- In accordance with the Philippines Immigration Policy, the accompanying adult who is not the parent of a minor or a child under the age of 15 must submit several documents and the processing fee of $75 (subject to change) to the Immigration office upon arrival.
Important Contact the reservation center at 1588-8000 for details to prevent from denied boarding/entry due to insufficient documents.
- In accordance with the Philippines Immigration Policy, the accompanying adult who is not the parent of a minor or a child under the age of 15 must submit several documents and the processing fee of $75 (subject to change) to the Immigration office upon arrival.
- If the accompanying adult is not the parent (when the surname of the parent and child does not match)
- If the surname of the parent and child does not match, the entrance may be denied without appropriate family document. Please have the English copy of resident registration in hand.

For domestic flights, passengers without a photo ID will not be able to check-in at the airport or enter the security inspection area.
Things to keep in mind when choosing payment currency
CNY Take note when selected
- If Yuan(CNY) is selected, Alipay(支付宝) and Union Pay(银联) are the only available transaction methods.
- However, only debit/credit cards linked to Alipay and Union Pay will be accepted.
- If you wish to select foreign currency, select Won(KRW).
KRW Take note when selected
- If you wish to perform transactions with a foreign currency other than Yuan(CNY), select Won(KRW).
- The fare shown in the reservation(step) is the amount of Yuan(CNY) converted into Won(KRW).
- The final transaction amount is equivalent to the amount reconverted from Korean currency to the currency applied to your bank statement.
- In this case, a separate overseas transaction fee and exchange rate difference may incur.
