Mileage payments for in-flight duty free products
When purchasing in-flight duty free products, payment using mileage is possible, and orders can be made at [Asiana Club > Using Mileage].

- When purchasing duty free products in-flight, after checking your order items, pay with cash or credit card via the flight attendant
- Customers who have pre-paid online do not have to pay in-flight (the flight attendant will deliver the pre-ordered duty free products)

- 2-12 month installments are possible only when paying with domestic issued cards, for purchases of more than 50,000 won.
- Customers using credit cards must provide identification (you cannot use another person’s credit card).
- Unusable cards: VISA ELECTRON CARD, EASY CARD, CHK CARD, DEBIT CARD, CHK PLUS CARD, GIFT CARD, and cards used as both check cards and credit cards

How to exchange and return in-flight duty free products
Please note that due to customs regulations, exchange/refund of defective products cannot be processed in the cabin. Please visit the customer center.
