We have recently received inquiries about phishing emails impersonating Asiana Airlines, so we ask for your special attention.

▣ Example

• Sending an email confirming flight ticket payment details and inducing download of the attached file or clicking on URL
  (Distributing malicious code to user PC or exploiting phishing sites to steal account information, etc.)

▣ If you receive a phishing email

• Delete email
• Do not click attachments or URLs

▣ Guidelines to prevent phishing email

• Check email sender (address)
• Do not click or download attachments / URLs in suspicious emails
• Periodically change passwords for websites and email accounts
• Maintain the latest version of anti-virus programs such as V3

Attempts to distribute malicious codes or steal information using phishing emails have recently become more advanced. Please refer to the security guidelines, such as not executing URLs and attachments in emails from unknown sources, to protect your valuable personal information and prevent property damage.
