Please note that individual special prices, benefits and conditions may differ, so please keep this in mind when making reservations. (However, corporate priority benefits only apply when issuing corporate priority tickets)

Check-in Procedure

  • 01
    Arrive at the Airport
    You are advised to arrive at the airport at least two hours before departure for international flights.
  • 02
    Get your Boarding Pass (select one)

    Option 1. Advance check-in

    Apply for online check-in or auto check-in 48 hours before departure and have home/mobile boarding pass issued.
    * If the airport does not permit issuance of home/mobile boarding passes, exchange with a physical boarding pass at the designated counter at the airport.

    Option 2. Airport check-in

    Use the fast and easy kiosk (automatic issuing machine) or have the boarding pass issued at a counter
  • 03
    Check your Baggage
    • Please check your baggage at the Asiana Airlines counter. View my free baggage allowance
    • Depending on the circumstances of each airport, we operate baggage check counters and online check-in counters.
    * At Incheon / Gimpo Airport, use the self-service bag drop (auto baggage check).
  • 04
    Complete Security Screening
    • Passengers will be inspected at the security checkpoint to ensure the safety of travelers and the aircraft.
    • Bring a valid passport and travel documents (visa), as requested by the departure and arrival cities, and proceed to immigration.
    * Before departure, passengers who need to report to customs/conscription/quarantine should report to each respective agency.
Notes
  • Prepare necessary documents to check in for international flights.
    • Passport (most countries require that passports be valid for at least six months, as of the date of departure, and that they must be signed by the bearer)
    • Visa (contact the embassy to check if a visa is required)
    • E-ticket confirmation
  • You cannot check in other passenger's baggage.
